INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional fee per day will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment.
