About the Space
We are the 5th floor of this old brick industrial factory building. This is one of two of our largest studios. Equipped with a cyc wall and plenty of natural light, this studio is one our best options for large photography productions or video productions. *CYC walls *Great natural light capabilities with black out curtains *Other areas of the studio can be combined for production purposes *Power capabilities is 100 Amp *There will be an on-site manager present during the booking *Street parking available with load-in/load-out capabilities 4 C Stands, 1 Rolling Stand, Speaker System and Beauty Station are all provided with each studio.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
