Located in Williamsburg Brooklyn, not Dyker Heights. $185/hr for crew sizes 1-30, and $5 per person, per hour thereafter. So for a 50 person shoot, the hourly rate would be 185 + 20(5) = 285/hr For very large crews there is a holding area available in the basement (see last few photos), available for an additional $100/hr. Otherwise, the basement is only available on Monday - Saturday until 5pm, for filming/photographing, not for holding.

Having said that, there is no expectation any of this will occur. Professionalism is what is expected, and has been my experience with Peerspace shoots.
My super efficient host Andrew lined up for me another perfect location for my photo shoot today. His willingness to make my job easier was so much appreciated!! As for the location, this vacant priest house has lots of close quarters, a lot of the good-old-days character, beautiful and ample garden setting. I look forward to another chance to shoot there.
This is a versitle space offering a great outside park setting. Andrew was really great to work with on multiple levels. Aside from being really supportive and helpful to the production side of my shoot he is a good guy and does good things for his community. He has some of the BEST locations on Peerspace. Truly unique and poetic. Looking forward to working with him again.
Beautiful location with versatility. Very story-telling with many elements and props. And production friendly! Andrew was great with communication and helpful in many ways. Strongly recommended.
Hey Andrew, Andrew was a very helpful and accommodating host. THis location is a rare find in NYC for period piece shoots. We were searching for an office that looked like it could be from the late 1960's -- this was the perfect location. There are several other rooms on the property that would also make for a very interesting film location -- bedrooms with colorful carpets, big open rectory etc. Both Andrew and the church staff were very accommodating, and made it super easy for us to scout the location twice. Thanks! Charlotte
the Host Andrew is super nice and the space is absolutely thoughtful and beautiful, I had a incredible time shooting at this location, and will defiantly come back in the future!
The space was exactly as shown on peerspace, we have arranged a time to scout the place ahead of time, and were well prepared for our film shoot. Andrew became much more than simply our host, in the end, he was our location manager in the true sense of the film credit. Thank you for that Andrew!
