BOOKINGS *All bookings require an 8-Hour Minimum ($4,400) *Include use of the Great Room/Mezzanine, Rooftop Deck, and Theater, as well as access to cocktail tables, banquet tables, soft seating, and chairs on hand. VENUE ACCESS *Venue rental includes the number of continuous hours booked by Guest. *Access time in excess of the hours listed above will be billed in hourly increments at $200 per hour for additional access prior to midnight, and $500 per continuous hour after midnight provided that if you fail to vacate by the booking end time, you will also be liable for all direct and indirect damages we incur which relate to such failure. *All items brought in by you, your guests, or vendors you coordinated must be removed at the close of your event. We will not assume any responsibility for any goods or equipment left at the venue whether prior to, during, or at the end of your rental period. OUTSIDE FOOD + BEVERAGE *A licensed and insured caterer may bring any food or beverage into our facility with our prior written permission. LIQUOR/BEVERAGES/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES *All liquor must be served by an Insured Licensed Bartender. *All alcoholic beverages will be removed and placed in a secure location for removal from the premise. *Alcohol may not be served to minors. *Illegal substances are not allowed at any time on the premise. *Drunken/Violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premise and possible termination of event without refund. OUTSIDE VENDORS You are fully responsible for the actions and damages caused by vendors coordinated by you. PERMITS *Guest is responsible for obtaining all required permits (banquet, liquor, etc.) for event. *Host is not responsible for any cost arising from Guest's failure to obtain such permits. INSURANCE Additional Event Insurance may be required and obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. EVENT DECORATIONS *Decorations may not be hung with nails or screws *All decorations must be removed directly following the departure of the last guest, unless special arrangements have been made between the Guest and the Host *The use of birdseed and blowing bubbles is permitted only outside for wedding and reception farewells. *NOT PERMITTED AT ALL: Rice, confetti, flower petals, balloons, glitter, pyrotechnics, sparklers MUSIC: All music must end by 10PM on the Patio and 2AM inside the building to comply with City of Seattle sound ordinances. SMOKING: No smoking indoors. Smoking will be permitted only outside in designated areas. GUEST CLEANUP We require that renters leave the space in the same condition as it was upon occupation - all trash, rental items, personal items, etc., should be removed before vacating the space. Additional fees will be assessed for time and management of items left behind and/or cleaning that was not satisfactorily resolved prior to vacating the premise.
We loved using this beautiful space. My guests enjoyed stepping out for fresh air on the balcony, dancing in the Great Mezzanine, and getting drinks at the bar. We were able to set up casino games upstairs, which added to the fun. I would highly recommend this space.
Great space - very large and everyone was so accommodating! Even going to far as to allow us to have packages shipped to the space if needed (we were coming from out of town). Would definitely book again.
This was the most amazing experience. Deanna reached out to me proactively throughout the process after I had asked to see the space. For myself, I had limited time for planning and also had limited experience in setting up events on this scale. Talking with her got me excited about the event and she offered about a dozen solid recommendations for various vendors and caterers. (We worked with two of those and I can say those were excellent choices.) The space was absolutely perfect for our event. I am so glad we found it on Peerspace and that Deanna had been so generous with her time. She was vital in helping me get everything lined up in time. We had rave reviews during and after the event. It was a great turnout and many of the longtime team members said it'd been the best holiday party we have ever had. Had it not been raining that night, it would have been amazing to take advantage of the rooftop deck more. I highly recommend checking that out if someone has an event in the summer. For December though, I could not have thought of a better place to host a party. The space is very dynamic. Having two levels and various spaces to hang out in made the party a lot more fun and comfortable for people. As someone working on the hosting side of this, I loved that there were still a lot of practical elements (catering kitchen, coat room, loadzone and restrooms on both levels). The space flows very well and people really liked exploring it. Cost of renting a space was a concern of mine as I needed to keep us within our budget - Deanna was honest and very reasonable about the cost of renting the space (which was already a great deal). She made the paperwork clear and easy and she had successfully returned our security deposit before I even opened up my email. Every part of this process was made better by working with this host and the space really was key to setting up a fun, cool and festive feel for the party. If you have an event coming up or a party for a relatively large number of people, I would highly recommend this place. The service was truly incredible and Deanna was very down to earth, charming and went way above and beyond. Super grateful that they were willing to work with us! If I come up with an excuse to host something there for literally any reason, I'm giving them a call to see when they are available! Thank you guys!
