- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

About the Space
Available 7-days a week | 24/7 We offer our East Village store for filming, seminars, private parties, corporate mixers, concerts and fund-raisers. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops (the rental fee is negotiable). The space is located on the first floor with large windows. The size is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Alcohol can be served, but not sold. Outside catering is welcome! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks! If you are looking for catering company, we can help. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had a great time performing in this space. At first one of the employees who let us in seemed a bit standoffish, but as the night progressed he became more accommodating and helped us when we were missing an important cord to connect to the projector. It's a beautiful and cozy venue that was ideal for my video premiere. It was also nice of the host to give us an additional hour at the end of the event to break everything down. I'd recommend this space to artists and entrepreneurs. Thank you.
