RATES: Weekday — $60 per hour (5 hour minimum) (8am-9pm) Sat & Sun — $90 per hour (4 hour minimum) Late night / early morning fee +$50 per hour after midnight or before 8am Overnight secure equipment storage available +$150 per night CLEANING: There is no cleaning fee if the space is left in the same condition as rented. If you want to decorate the space in a unique way, our seasoned team can offer guidance and advice. Catering is available via firstname.lastname@example.org. Equipment rentals are available via CSI just three blocks away (https://www.csirentals.com). If you need specific amenities or props such as seamless rolls, decor, or furniture, please check with us ahead of time as we may need advance notice to make sure you have everything you need. The host will be present in a nearby office to supervise the event during the entire duration.
Arrival: No guests may enter the space until the person who booked the space is present and has agreed to the rules and viewed the condition of the space before their event. We reserve the right to cancel the event if the person who booked has not arrived in the first 1.5 hours of the event (unless agreed upon beforehand). Occupancy: Setup and exiting the space must be included in the booking time Only the agreed upon amount of people may occupy the space. Any amount of guests over 100 may result in the event being shut down and the space immediately vacated. There is no smoking or drug use of any kind permitted within the space. Each instances of smoking and drug use will incur a $300 fine, the event will be immediately shut down, and the space will be immediately vacated. Alcohol & food: Guests must notify of any alcohol or food being served. We may require a security deposit. For events consuming alcohol, the booking party must be over the age of 25. Guests agree they may not sell or serve alcohol or serve anyone under age. Any guest consuming alcohol assumes full responsibility and risk for providing guests with alcohol on the premises, including but not limited to any incidents of underage drinking, sales of alcohol, or any associated fines. Underage drinking and sale of alcohol are strictly prohibited and may result in a $300 fine per instance. Cleaning: The space must be left in the same condition as rented. If it requires cleaning, a $130 cleaning fee applies. Guests are required to place loose trash in the provided bin. We provide up to 50 gallons of trash removal. Additional trash removal up to 1 yard is $50 per dumpster yard. No glitter is allowed. (There is a fine of $50 for glitter). (*For cases such as clogged toilets, vomit, and extreme amounts of trash not collected into the provided bins, an additional $130 deep-cleaning fee may be applied.) Sound: Our sound system is available for free for productions and set to the maximum volume aloud in our space. Guests may not tamper with the speakers and may not bring their own additional speakers. Bringing additional speakers may result in a $150 fine and the event being immediately shut down and and the space being immediately vacated. Extra Insurance: We strongly encourage guests to purchase additional event insurance to cover possible damage to the space and may require it for some bookings. Alternatively, we may require a security deposit.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
The space was perfect for what we needed: spacious, interesting, and easy to work with. The host was very helpful and didn't hesitate to help with whatever we needed. It was great
I used the space for a video shoot and it was wonderful. It's more beautiful in person and with the help of Bryce and Michael it was an easy space to navigate.
The perfect space for our photoshoot. Incredibly helpful while we were using it. The only drawback is that it was pouring rain and there was no covered space for us to wait for the space to open.
Great space that was able to accommodate our last minute need. Bryce was super helpful! The only feedback I would leave is during our shoot, one of the space staff walked through the main space and we had to hold recording our interview. The other thing would be the space was very warm...a small window AC unit would be great to invest in. However, the location point of contact that was there was helpful in making it as cool as possible. I would recommend this space for anyone looking to work with a great team and have an awesome urban space for their project.
I wish I could film here for everything! Dylan and his team were the best and super accommodating! My cast and crew were amazed that we had this location to film. So much could be done with this space!!

The space is AWESOME and BRYCE is the Best Host EVER! Very helpful, respond very quick for any questions I have...Overall it's really great experience and I'd definitely go back for future event.
