Private, charming gated estate near downtown Santa Cruz recently renovated. Once owned by a longtime eccentric Santa Cruz family, the property is on an acre and features a working barn as well as stunning views of downtown Santa Cruz and the Beach Boardwalk. Inside the house you will find a lovingly updated and bright 2,300 sq. feet with a huge professional kitchen and decorated with designer, mid-century charm. Lockbox code provided upon rental.

The host was super responsive and so easy to work with. The home and property are incredible, the light in the house is incredible and the design and decor are impeccable. Our crew looks forward to coming back!

Santa Cruz Surf with Barn is absolutely stunning! Camille, the homeowner, is kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this space and it was perfect as our filming location.

Great space! Working with the host was easy and quick. The host wasn't there, but the property manager was and she let us in and showed us the place.
