THE SPACE The terrace is 2,555 sq. ft. and the perfect outdoor spot for sipping, savoring and socializing. Your guests will enjoy the fully landscaped courtyard on warm, starlit evenings and when autumn brings a chill to the air, gather by the cozy outdoor fireplace for apéritifs. To access the terrace, guests must enter via a lounge space. Note that both spaces are located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Seating, folding tables, and outdoor fireplace. THE LOCATION Located downtown in New York’s famous Financial District. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. Walking distance from the 2, 3, 4, 5, J, Z PARKING QuickPark directly below in building’s basement. Fees are not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. The gentlemen at the reception desk were polite and very professional to our guest and the guy who came in after the event to clean up was also very professional.
