Fully landscaped and spacious, the courtyard can be used in many ways to suit your projects needs. To access the terrace, guests must enter via a lounge space. Note that both spaces are located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Seating, folding tables, and outdoor fireplace. THE LOCATION Located downtown in New York’s famous Financial District. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. Walking distance from the 2, 3, 4, 5, J, Z PARKING QuickPark directly below in building’s basement. Fees are not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
