This meeting room is ideal for photo shoots, filmed interviews, along with small productions and table reads. It includes a large conference table, which can be separated into six different tables for convenience, and a variety of setups. It also includes a round table, bar height and other side chairs along the window. The large cascading windows provide great natural light, but can also be filtered off. There is a communal kitchen on the same floor available for crew/talent use but not production. Equipment is not provided, but freight elevator access is available. The Flatiron neighborhood is in the heart of Manhattan, and a convenient walk from 23rd Street stops on F, M, C, E, N and R lines.
Bookings under 3 hours and outside normal business hours (9am-6pm) are rated at $150 per hour. We function as a co-working space - filming of community members during working hours is not allowed. After-hours bookings are available for an additional fee. Please tidy up after your stay, in particular to clean up trash and move furniture back to its original placement. Clean up and set up time is included in booked time. No smoking is permitted on the premises. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
The space was perfect and Jenny and her entire team were more than helpful and responsive during the entire process. I would highly recommend Jenny and this space.
In the midst of the recent snow storm when lots of buildings were closing, they were open and ready for business. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very proactive upon booking to make sure our needs were met. The room was as described and as expected (which doesn’t always happen) and all the tools were there for us to have a great training event. I would definitely recommend this space.
We had a great meeting at your facility meeting space and really appreciated the complimentary coffee and pitchers of water. It was very welcoming and provided comfort to our board members which was appreciated. Great lighting in the room and nice furniture.
Jenny, Gerardo, and the rest of the team here were terrific. They were super helpful, made sure we were okay countless times, and helped make the space exactly what we needed. If we were too warm, they took care of the temperature. When we needed an extra cart they were there. When we needed an extra hand, they jumped in. Quality people. The space was a bit tight for 35 people and desks but nothing that detracted from the overall day. The space, and the people make this location a no-brainer.
Jenny and the entire staff exceeding our expectations and were helpful in booking and making sure all of our production needs were met. I would highly recommend this space!
The space was great. Jenny was very concerned that we were comfortable, she adjusted both the air conditioning and volume on the music, and took the time to be sure we were able to set up our conference call. I would definitely use this space again, and would recommend it to anyone.
