Our well equipped event spaces are perfect for your next intimate gathering or cocktail party. The unique settings and reliable amenities deliver an enjoyable experience every time. THE SPACE At close to 1600 square feet this sun-filled lounge features a full kitchen, two oversized mid-century modern sofas, a pool table (can easily be covered and used for a serving table), and two additional seating areas. We do have outdoor space that is NOT PRIVATE - you will see our residents and staff walk through and they are able to use the space, but as long as you are comfortable sharing, open up double doors to enjoy a peaceful courtyard with a fountain, cabana, two gas BBQ grills, lounge seating and a communal table. All spaces come furnished as pictured, unless otherwise noted. AMENITIES Round table, seating, island, barstools, counter space, TV, Wifi, pool table, outdoor dinning area. THE LOCATION Centrally located on Beale, in between Folsom and Harrison, in the newly coined "East Cut" (aka Rincon Hill) in San Francisco. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Amazing experience with Lauren my host and the Lounge.Lauren was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. The lounge was beautiful and the staff working there were amazing! Will definitely be booking again!

It is a beautiful space and our team enjoyed the space. We were using the space as Exec Team business offsite. We have a few suggestions for future business meetings in the space. we lost about 1 1/2 hour setting up on the 1 st day. The code worked but we had no direction as to where the space was located and no one was manning the desk downstairs. we had no idea that we were on the 5th floor. for business rentals it would be nice to turn off the pushed music.. We found out that the music is controlled by the leasing office and no one was in the office to turn it off. We used one of the TV's as a monitor for our presentation and the WIFI was a different code than then the room WIFI. WIFI network speed was really slow. These situations impacted our business meeting.

I rented this lounge for my Dads memorial it was perfect. The space looks exactly like the photos. It was very welcoming it has natural lighting, very clean a spacious. The decor is moderate and plush. We enjoyed the games and pool table. My family was very pleased. I would absolutely rent again.
