Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This is the 2nd time I used this room. It is perfect. Nice, clean and has a full kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are lacking in table height chairs so we needed to bring ours.
This space is beautiful and modern. The super was very accommodating. They had extra tables and chairs to use at no charge. The only issue is this space is in a rental building and the tenants used it as a passageway. We had signage everywhere showing it was closed for a private event. Several tenants (over 20) did not care and walked through. When confronted they give you an ugly face and walk off. So if you don't mind some strangers walking through it is a nice space.

The room is lovely and easily fit 70 guests. I can’t give it a better rating because we had some issues and challenges. There was no heat and it was the coldest night (4 degrees outside) and in some ways even worse was the oven had no gas. Our caterer struggled and got an electric burner from their van and managed to get us through a potential nightmare. The bathroom only had ice cold water too. Our guests were very uncomfortable. There is also no storage for host’s stuff and caterer’s crates etc. The rental company delivered on Friday afternoon for a Saturday night party and that could have been a problem if the room was rented Friday night. Luckily that didn’t happen. The place needs to work out some kinks to make this a good venue to rent out for parties. I emailed the manager twice after the event to discuss our issues and he will not respond to me. Disappointing end to what could have been a great venue. Proceed with caution.
