All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
650 sq ft of gallery space perfect for off site business meetings, cocktail parties, networking events, photo-shoots, readings, yoga classes etc. This space is a working art gallery and is not open to other artists wishing to exhibit their work here and is not suited for pop up shops that will require the use of the walls. 18' ceilings, concrete floors, and white walls curated with a monthly exhibition of art from the Pacific Northwest and beyond provide a creative atmosphere in the heart of downtown Seattle. Free high speed WIFI Mini Fridge/No Kitchen Bathrooms are two doors down in the main lobby of the building. Space heater is available on request.

The space is 650 sq ft gallery space at retail level with street parking except during the hours of 6am-9am and 3-6:30pm. Buses are available during all hours. 4 parking lots are available within a 1 block radius.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
The space was great and very clean. The light coming in through the windows adds a nice daylight experience to the space. I don't recall reading or being told there is no heat in the space and it did feel chilly at times. Bathroom is next door. Also, parking is challenging before 9am and after 3pm. Nice tree lined street and a great host.
