Our space is an open 35-foot by 60-foot loft with a flexible set up, ideal for parties, events, relaxed performances, and film. It includes a coffee bar, Lounge, projector, simple P.A. System, theatrical lighting, WiFi, air conditioning, refrigerators, couches, tables, and chairs. There is a small performance area at one end of the room that can accommodate a cabaret-style performance or discussion panel. It is surrounded by large windows for ample natural light and a view of the surrounding neighborhood. You get access to the room when you book the room and you are expected to be loaded out at the end of your reservation. Any additional time will be charged overtime hours. - If you reserve the room from 8pm - 10pm, you can enter at 8pm and you must be completely out of the building by 10pm - Please plan your reservation accordingly. There is a cleaning fee that covers sweeping and mopping the floors, taking out the trash, and wiping down surfaces. You will be required to place all of your added decorations, food and drink in the nearest trash can or take them with you. I am a theater guy with over 20 years experience in Non-profit theaters and schools. Our space includes one room in a performing arts incubator space including a dance studio, rehearsal rooms, office space and an art Gallery. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This was the absolute perfect place for my birthday casino night. It's a large space that has enough seating for the party and had plenty of space for the casino tables. The sound system comes with an aux cord and very loud speakers so it was easy to have music for the party. You could change the lights to any color you want to set the vibe for your event. It was beautiful and very accommodating. The only downside is the parking in the area but hey, that's Hollywood. Would highly recommend this place for any party/event that you have in mind!

John and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating during the entire process of booking this space. His timely responses were very appreciated as well. This was the perfect spot for my Harry Potter themed birthday party, and we had about 80 guests with lots of room to spare. The onsite projector was amazing to play HP in the background and the adjustable lights really helped set the mood. The ice chests/and refrigerator were a big plus as well. Thank you again John!

The space was nice. There seemed to be a few miscommunications regarding others using the space during my event - we were interrupted no less than 3 times to use the microwave, or just people wandering in. The end was a frenzy and I was under the impression that we would be responsible for removing all of our belongings and placing all trash in receptacles (especially since we were required to pay a cleaning fee upfront). We bagged all of our trash and swept and were then told we had to haul the trash to a locked trash dump. It wasnt an issue but it was confusing. The microphone didn't work and when we mentioned it to the staff, they never returned to fix it. I requested additional tables and upon my arrival I was told they were in use by another group, which was disappointing considering the staff had previously told me they would be available. All in all, our event was a success, but I probably should have been more thorough in understanding how it would all work.
