Ample parking, especially on weekends. It's right off of the 10 if you're heading west.

There are large gallery style windows that face the street. We get the best natural light from about 3pm onward.

There is road noise from Lincoln Blvd. but we've found that with duvetyne and or sound blankets / furniture pads it can greatly reduce the road noise. For a sit-down interview it might not be ideal depending on the part of the space you choose. That being said, we've hosted quite a few interview.

Ground Floor

There is an alley where you can "park" cube trucks. We recommend someone fire-watch the parked trucks as there are technically no parking signs. We own the space though so there's no real issue of being towed.

There are tons of outlets and we can handle large g+e packages.

COVID RULES: The cleaning fee might seem high but we need to do a thorough clean no matter how big or small the shoot - before and after. This helps ensure the cleaning person is well taken care of. We ask that there be a maximum of 10 people in the space. This will change as restrictions change. If someone is or was knowingly sick and works in the space we hold ZERO responsibility for any liability. We ask that people who have been sick / tested positive for Covid-19 in the past month please refrain from renting the space out of respect for future guests as well as the property management team and cleaning crew. If you rent the space and infect other people while having withheld info about your prior illness we reserve the right to act accordingly. Be courteous and no congregating in the parking garage. No smoking in the space. If you leave black smudges on the wall (from shoes etc.) please remove them. Please remove all trash. Because this is a large space and the building is run by a commercial real estate company - we need the space cleaned before and after each shoot which is why the price is the way it is. It also helps to cover the time of the on-site rep. Over Time = first hour at the usual rate and then each hour after that is time and a half.

A generic policy typically does the trick. We will make accommodations for shoots without insurance but that's at our discretion. We typically ask for insurance with shoots over 10 people. And now with Covid, we're encouraging everyone who rents to have some type of policy.

If you leave large black marks on the walls, please remove them prior to wrapping your shoot.
