This light & bright conference room is available for entrepreneurs, executives, and startups to conduct offsite team meetings, workshops, and trainings. The room is approximately 450 sq feet. It is on the 2nd floor of the building in the property management office. The floor is shared with the employees of the management office, so please be respectful of noise in the common areas. There is 1 guest restroom for use. **** The rental space is the conference room only. The other space on the floor (including the back patio) is for employees only. Please make sure to take phone calls, etc downstairs in the lobby, so to not disturb the employees.**** Our space is serene and private, located above an art gallery. We have artwork in our space from artists who have shown in the gallery. We have a guard at the front door of our building for added security. We are located on Geary Street, about 5 blocks from Powell St. Bart and within walking distance of dozens of main hotels. Since we are located on a high traffic street, there are the occasional construction noises that can be heard in the space but it is pretty minimal. There is limited street parking but plenty of parking garages in the area. We are across the street from Starbucks and a variety of restaurants. We allow outside catering and can offer recommendations on catering companies.

Booked this space for a client meeting and would definitely book again. Beautiful room, centrally located, easy coordination with host, quiet and private, no AV issues, nice touches (candy & water), and plenty of lunch and coffee options nearby for meeting breaks. Highly recommend.

The space/conference room and location was absolutely perfect for our team meeting. The check-in process was seamless and the room amenities: (white board, dry erase pens, coffee, water, electric cords/outlets, projector, etc) was perfect. I would definitely book this space again for future meetings.
