BEST PRICE IN DOWNTOWN SEATTLE Our rates are all inclusive. IDEAL USE: Events for technology startups, international delegations, universities, formal presentations, networking, meetups, book signing and professional workshops. There are views of Seattle shipping, ferry traffic, and peekaboo view of the mountains. This room is ideal for events where the public would be welcome. We host more than 550 events per year. We also have a room with great views, which is ideal for up to 30 people. GREAT PARKING If your crew and guests park after 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday, we have parking vouchers for just $5.00. And on weekend, parking is just $7.00. There are hundreds of parking spaces and for all-day events; there is an early bird rate of just 19 dollars for the day (park before 9 AM and stay a minimum of 6 hours and maximum 10 hours). There are lots of additional parking options within just four blocks. LOADING DOCK: There is a very professional loading dock inside the building (and out of the rain) with direct access to the large freight elevator direct to our floor. We have small hand trucks to help with small loads. FILMING & FASHION SHOWS: This room is ideal for filming with a lot of natural light from the wrap around windows. We can also provide a variety of settings around the 22,000 square feet with different moods, furniture and lighting. You will have to take a tour to get the full scope of what is possible. We have hosted film crews working on short 4-hour shoots as well as full-weekend movie creations and office-setting advertisements. There are clear views of ship and ferry traffic. Also, from some spots, we have a peekaboo views of the mountains. We can also coordinate various other settings and backdrops for filming such as smaller conference rooms, desks, lounge, kitchen, library, copier, computers, screens, elevator and lobby. Additional smaller conference rooms may be booked for some of the more detailed stages such as quiet interviews and computer work. We have a gigabit fiber optic pipe, so you can upload or download huge files. DETAILS: Next to this large room, is a large kitchen complete with tons of counter space. This kitchen is included in the rate. This also includes coffee and tea. You can contract with any caterer or bring your own food. The furniture is light and really easy to rearrange to suit your needs. This includes 100+ folding chairs as well as the fabric covered non-folding chairs. We have rolling smartboards, projectors, screens, rolling white boards, tripods, speakers, mixers and microphones. All of these "extras" are included, as needed, without any extra cost. PRIVATE WIFI: But wait, there’s more: if we have enough time, we can provide a private wifi network. Also, we have extra switches and cables for power distribution and Internet hubs. We would really prefer not to write down any rules. But we need to remind everyone that you need to book all of the time including when you arrive and start to set up and until the very end when clean up has been completed. Please do your very best to reduce waste and recycle. Enjoy our space and share photos with your associates! Ideally, you leave the space nice and tidy.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Everything we needed and more. Host was gracious, present and even had extra hands to help us set up. Very large, separate kitchen area for catering and they even helped us with cleanup. Large projector, screen, AV equipment plus TV, dry erase board and lots of extras. Gorgeous views, comfy chairs and quick response times made this an easy, relaxed event for us.

The space was exactly as described. Seaton and Candice were very accommodating; they were ready and willing to help with some odd last-minute requests that made the day run much more smoothly. The kitchen is perfect for catering. The other groups on the seventh floor are very friendly and respectful as well.

The space was pretty and in a convenient area, and clean. We overall had a good experience, but it was definitely way too small to host 50 people. In feedback given from the 50 people, many commented that they felt cramped and the back could not see the screen well. Seaton was kind and allowed us to take our time which was super helpful, especially with the amount of people. I do wish we had more time for logistics prior to me arriving so we didn't have to scramble and set the room/work out speakers etc. I had asked a week prior to do so but was told not to worry.
