We welcome last minute scheduling. We prefer to see Technology and Business related gatherings. We have two great training rooms suitable for private company retreats. Fortune 500 companies as well as brand-new startups have used our spaces. Some well known examples include: SnapChat, Slalom, Nutanix, Joyent, Avalara, Northeastern University, University of Washington, City of Seattle, Moss Adams, and numerous foreign entities. Parking - if your guests park after 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday, we have parking vouchers for just $5.00. And on weekend, parking is just $7.00. This conference room is ideal for up to 30 people at tables and can accommodate 40 people, if 10 people sit without tables. If we remove the tables, you can easily sit 50 people. Our space is perfect for training sessions, presentations, workshops, movie screenings, book signings, corporate events, etc. We can also help promote your event to more than 5,000 opt-in folks who are looking for interesting and educational events - especially if they are related to technology and/or startups. Our building is located in the heart of Seattle just three blocks from Seattle's iconic Ferry Dock to Bainbridge Island and Kitsap Peninsula. There are 50+ public bus routes run just a few blocks away. Hundreds of restaurants within just 10 blocks as well as the world-famous Pike Street Marketplace and easy 6 blocks away. There is no charge for our Gigabit Fiber Optic Internet and powerful wifi. We also provide conference phone and Sharp smart boards. This space was perfect for my team! We held a hybrid team meeting with about 10 people in the room and several joining virtually through Teams. The internet speed/bandwidth is fantastic and the space was bright and lovely. Seaton and the folks working in the space were wonderful and so easy to work with. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and a HomeGrown just outside. Very easy on/off freeway and public transit. Highly recommend!!

This is a lovely space in the heart of downtown. Seaton is very responsive and the space was as pictured. We hosted a interactive workshop here, all the AV equipment worked great. Parking was simple. I would use this space again.

Seaton and Candace were so easy to work with, super-helpful, available onsite, and communicative. They kept checking in to make sure I had what I needed, especially in the set-up phase, anticipating a range of things from room temperature to coffee accessories. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, mugs, etc, and plenty of big coffee pots to bring into the meeting room, which cuts down on waste and makes the workshop feel more hospitable. The room is big enough to have two zones -- seated lunch for 16, and a circle of 16 chairs. Will definitely book again.

This space was a perfect fit for our purposes. We had 17 people in an all day meeting- there was plenty of room for small group break out sessions, lots of natural light, and the kitchen was super convenient. Seaton was a great host and very attentive and responsive.
