We're a brand new studio and event space available to artists and creative people. The front of the space features floor-to-ceiling windows that allow a lot of natural light inside. All areas of the space are accessible for production purposes, including the exterior. The space is 3700 sqft. Our space is perfect for photo shoots, film shoots, auditions, castings and more. There will be an on-site manager present during the booking. There's free parking available in the premises. We have a great location, right in the Museum District, surrounded by art and inspiration.
No smoking. Please keep the space clean and abide by Peerspace's cancellation and overtime policies.
We booked this space for a company party. At first this space seemed great. It was easy to book and the agent was very flexible with us. It all went downhill when we got to the space and about 4 of the front windows were busted out included the front door where our guests were supposed to be walking in. The door was literally leaning up against a wall and all the windows were covered with cardboard with a tarp over it. IT LOOKED AWFUL to say the very least. It went from terrible to worse when we contacted the agent to ask what was going on. There was not one apology offered. No explanation as to why the space didn't look like the pictures, nothing. We had to pay for a room blocker at the last minute. The agent only offered a 50% refund, which I thought was completely unacceptable. The space was not as pictured, our guests had to use the back entrance and the customer service was AWFUL and now I'm expected to pay for it. 100% DISAPPOINTED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING ANYTHING HERE OR WITH THE AGENT.
Beautiful location. I don’t appreciate another vendor being there at the time of my event. I paid to have the venue empty for my event, and it was not. People were walking in and out, being very rude... I was not informed that the venue would be occupied. If that’s the case, i would have not inquired. For that I should be compensated, but I was not. Other than that, I would consider soliciting this venue again.
