All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

6000 sq ft. with large, open floor space. Primarily rubber matting accompanied by a 20 yard indoor astroturf. Perfect for large seminars, workshops, demonstrations, or gatherings. Mostly all equipment can be moved and cleared, with exception to a large monkey-bar rig. 2 Bathrooms: one male, one female. Large whiteboard attached to wall. Big and tall store front windows with roller shades that can be pulled down or up, allowing for natural sunlight or privacy. Light fixtures and fans that cover the entire floor space. SONOS speakers at all corners of the space. Our founder has been in the fitness industry for many years. He's also a forever student as he loves learning and has been open to new and exciting ideas.

General Rules

Please do not enter through the back, green exit door. That is where gym storage equipment is located. Notify us if the Front Desk computer needs to be used. Our SONOS system is connected through the computer so let us know if this needs to be used.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
