Located in the heart of La Jolla's financial district, this space has options for many types of events. Located on the second level overlooking a courtyard, this is a bright and clean space. Tours of the space are available Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:30pm. Please message us to confirm a time. Event rental times are only available Monday-Friday from 5pm-11pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-11pm. If your event falls outside of these times, please message me with more information and we can see if we are able to accommodate. A spacious main room includes seating, conference-style for 24 but more chairs can be added to the tables. A break out space conference room seats 12 and another one for 5-6 available for an additional fee. Adjacent to the large seating area is a lounge with a large couch and armchairs. Rental includes internet, access to filtered hot and cold water, tea, and coffee. Bluetooth speaker to connect music. There is a small refrigerator available as well as a dishwasher. There is no stove or oven. We come equipped with two kitchenettes and shared bathrooms with the rest of the building. Ask about our non-profit discount!
No smoking in the space. Please treat the space kindly. Furniture must be returned to its original configuration prior to exiting the space. We recommend taking a photo before moving anything. You are responsible for checking your guests in and out as well as making sure they treat the space with respect. A refundable $250 damage deposit is required of ALL renters.
This space was fabulous! I held a small group mastermind for the full day and the participants loved it too. It's clean. Stylish. Spacious and the "boardroom" was perfect for big whiteboard brainstorms. Aside from the space, the whole experience of setting up and communicating was a breeze (not livin in town, that was key). I'll definitely rent this space again the next time I hold an event in San Diego.
