All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Please advise this is a fully functional music venue. Stage gear / bar gear will not be moved for a shoot and is not pictured in all of these photos. -8k SF inside -2k SF outdoor pack patio area -Fully Air Conditioned -2 Full Bar Areas -13 bathroom stalls in total

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
Event has not been completed yet due to California Governor to postpone all events due to COVID-19.. 1720 has agreed to postpone the event via email. Postponed date has not been determined yet. From the process leading up to the date, Brett and 1720 were very helpful, gave great advice, and helped us out a lot with planning. Having people who really care about helping you throw an amazing event are amazing in every way. Big thanks to 1720 for everything they do! Really look forward to when COVID-19 passes over and we can continue to host an awesome event. The experience has not been finished since we have not thrown the event yet, but so far the experience has been great.

Actions taken against Covid-19 resulted in this event not happening, but Brett and his team made this whole process extremely easy from start to finish. Planning on rescheduling the event to a later date.
