All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the heart of downtown El Segundo, we have crafted a beautiful client edit bay complete with 82" Samsung Smart 4K TV, Dual (x2) 27" 4K Desktop monitors, surround sound & a roomy Soundbooth for vocal or small instrument recording. Just bring your computer - it's plug and play! Comfortably seats up to six guests plus editor + talent. Rental of the edit bay also includes use of the kitchen which is fully stocked with snacks, waters, juices, and various sweets. The keg is also included in your rental and is always stocked with a couple craft brews as well as a nitro cold brew coffee. Don't have an Engineer & Computer? No worries, we can include our super talented Engineer / Recordist / Mixer + a computer & pro-tools rig for an additional $90/hr. Equipment specs: - Isolation Booth with Talkback - Choice of 2x Vocal Mics - Senheiser MKH 416 - Sure SM7B - Scarlet Focusrite 2i2 Interface - 2x Yamaha HS7 Powered Studio Monitors - 2x 27" 4K Desktop Monitors - 82" Samsung Smart TV - Surround Sound - Mini-Bar We also have a medium sized private conference room avaialble for an additional rate. The room will easily accomodate up to 8 guests and is outfitted with a 4K smart TV w/Apple TV, Whiteboard and phone. We also have open concept desk rentals available if you need something for a day, a week or even a month!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
