About the Space
Located on a quiet tree lined street, this Victorian period home is only 20 minutes from Midtown NYC. Perfect for filming interviews or scenes in a movie that look to feature a unique Victorian backdrop and woodsy environment. The space is also perfect for photo shoots of all types , especially engagement photos. Finished basement can be used as crew lounge, dressing room or to store equipment in general. 2369 square feet. Street level access to both main entrance and basement. 3 floors. 3 restrooms. Access to basement kitchenette. Basement is spacious and can store equipment. Porche and terrace. Victorian gazebo. Antique stain glass throughout the home. Huge backyard. Driveway fits 8 vehicles. Please note that parking is also available on the street but will require a permit after midnight.

Audrey was an amazing host! She was attentive to all the details needed to make my daughter's Bat Mitzvah a beautiful celebration. She was always available to discuss the planning of the event. Her magical garden and charming gazebo were the perfect place for this special day. Audrey's husband, Manny, made the most delicious meal for us and our guests. He's an incredible chef. And their staff was very helpful. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for everything, Audrey and Manny!

This is the perfect place for an event! I was looking for a gorgeous space for my wedding. The venue is out of this world full of flowers, green, and an amazing gazebo. It is the perfect place for pictures! Audrey herself was as wonderful of a host as one can be. She made sure my day was perfect and that I had nothing to worry about. She brought my vision to life and was so easy to work with. On my actual wedding day she checked in often so that we felt attended to and made sure to mingle with the guests just enough to make us all feel comfortable. The quality of food was amazing. I asked Audrey to include pizza on my menu and she made it as elegant as possible. Everyone was impressed with the menu and the decor. The desert section was incredible. Everyone was obsessed with the beauty and taste of it. Audrey was able to capture who I was into a physical space, which can feel near impossible to do. She included everything I loved into a wedding space to make it the most special day for my husband and I. I cannot thank Audrey enough. If you’re looking for a beautiful space, a gracious host, and wonderful food this is the space for you!
