It includes a gourmet kitchen, coffee bar, billiards table, and HDTV lounge. These amenities are assembled for your enjoyment, along with a large boardroom style table, small conversational seating areas, and computer stations. Our space is perfect for casual low key networking events, gatherings, celebrations, or watching the Seahawks serve notice. Included in your hourly rate: - Use of our semi-private lounge - 4 Swivel Chairs in open area near computers - Martini table with 10 chairs - Conference room with 5 chairs - 2 small tables + 4 chairs surrounding the wine storage lockers - Large sectional sofa with ottomans that can be moved - One TV in the Conference Room - 3 small TV’s and one large TV in front of the couch in the lounge area - Starbucks Machine & Coffee Bar (open 4am-8pm daily—includes 2 Starbucks regular blends, decaf, Chai Latte, hot cocoa, and iced coffee option, tea also available) The Club is located on the 2nd floor up a set of stairs that are connected to the main lobby of a residential apartment home community. This is not a fully private space, though we do have other options (Conference Room, Sky Lounge with Roof Deck, or Theater) if that is a requirement. This space is proudly smoke free and pet free. We recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. We will all gleefully adhere to PeerSpace's cancellation policies. We are looking forward to hosting you! -Russell
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
