There’s plenty to enjoy in our expansive lounge. Our space is perfect for baby showers, corporate events, and social events. Comfy couches, high-speed Wi-Fi, a billiards table, access to the sun deck with patio seating equipped with outdoor heating lamps and a Fire Wall. And, best of all, spectacular views overlooking downtown Bellevue, Luxury shops, Mt. Rainer and the Cascade mountains. There are multiple seating areas and tables with built in electrical charging outlets for your devices, demonstration kitchen with large screen television, coffee bar and a fireplace. Break out space available in our Theater Room for an additional $75/hour.
This space is proudly smoke free. We recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The Lounge is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Although we may have some general cleaning supplies that we are happy to lend out such as a broom, dustpan, and vacuum we do recommend you bring your own cleaning supplies as they may not always be readily available. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. We will all gleefully adhere to PeerSpace's cancellation policies. We are looking forward to hosting you! -Erin
Arnold was very informative and accommodating. He answered al my question as I as new to Peerspace. I appreciated his patience with me overall. I loved the space and so did my guests. We had a lot of confusion with folks not knowing how to get into the building though and being redirected to another building across the street. I am not sure what happened but it was a challenge to navigate. Overall, folks had a nice time is all that matters.
Would never book this space again! Renters beware... After we booked the venue (and did a walk through) the apartment building implemented a key fob system to access the front door as well as elevator before noon (and our event started 10:30am). Venue did not communicate this to us, so when we showed up all of our guests had issues accessing building & elevators. Staff was rude and unhelpful.
The host was extremely responsive, the space was as advertised to host my daughter's bridal shower. Everyone loved the space. the ability to be inside or out, the booths that offer an option for a more "intimate" conversation with guests. The kitchen was perfect. Negatives: even though there was a sign posted it was a private party, people kept coming in. The dishwasher did not appear to be working, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher from a previous activity. Some of the guests had a little trouble finding the location and parking. I think that just has to do with their lack of knowledge of Bellevue, but if there had maybe been an option to have signage at the door on the main level, that may have helped. All in all, it really did go off well. the concierge on duty that day was absolutely AMAZING!! I really wish I had gotten his name. 4 stars only due to the residents coming in for coffee during our set up even with signage indicating a private party and difficulty of guests locating. (I personally give it a 5)
What a beautiful venue. It was absolutely perfect for my 50th Birthday party. Arnold the Concierge was the best !! Just was so helpful in making sure I had a flawless experience.
The venue was incredible. Staff was very helpful. Arnold was one of the host and he was very quick to respond to my questions on the phone and through email. The environment allowed for a nice and relaxing atmosphere which is what I wanted for my sons first birthday party.
