Expansive, Modern Lounge w/ Patio in Bellevue

Lauren was helpful and quick on returned responses. The Expansive Bellevue Lounge was nice with plenty of room.

Lovely space for my baby shower. Everyone loved it! The entire process was smooth and there were no hiccups whatsoever. The weather was warm and this location is just beautiful, we even fit a photo booth outside. It's great to have both the indoor and outdoor space. The trash was very easy to find and nothing was left in any of the cabinets. The coffee machine was working great and luckily we did not have to worry about tenants disturbing us.

This space is awesome and full of vibrant colors in the middle of Bellevue downtown. Lauren was very responsive to my messages and staff in the leasing office was very cooperative. Our guests had some issue finding the parking garage and right elevator but with proper parking instructions it was easy to help them get to the lounge. But overall, we had a good time in our birthday party here.

Great experience! We booked this venue for my daughter's graduation party. We had 57 people and my guests loved the venue. I had read about confusion getting to the venue so I over did it with instructions and there is inevitable confusion from almost all guests (asked each driver) No big deal, they all ended up finding the venue so I guess it is all part of the charm. Some said they had issues with finding the residential elevators. Most had issues finding P2 and some said the second parking garage entrance said do not enter so they had to circle. At the end they all made it and that is what matters. The experience was fantastic. The front desk person at leasing office was not the same as the ones I'd talked to earlier so felt like they were not up to speed with marking the venue reserved, we had some tenants show up and I just invited them as I had tons of food. So everything ended up working great!

The room itself was a nice space to accommodate the group we had invited. The process of contacting our host in the beginning was pretty easy as well and she responded fairly quickly. However come the day of the event I wasn’t able to reach her or anyone for help. It was a desaster to bring everything up from the garage to the actual room. There are no trolleys to help with bringing more items up at a time then just a few. We lost over an house just trying to figure out the elevator situation as well and getting things set up. There should be clearer instructions on where to park , have someone maybe put up a sign or two that this is where the event is and how to get there. My guests were very frustrated as well as it took them much longer than on average to find the venue. Location was good but managing the event should be done better.

Great Space.

Overall experience was fantastic. From communication to the host and to the event space itself. The space was just the right size for the event and I would definitely book the space for future events.
