Our downtown San Jose restaurant/wine bar is home to a Private Dining/Event/Conference Room perfect for hosting corporate and personal private events. The Private Dining Room seats up to 40 guests and can accommodate up to 60 with a stand-up, mix and mingle style set up. AVAILABILITY All bookings require a 4-Hour Minimum 11:30AM-4PM Monday-Friday OUR SPACE 582 Square Feet Private Italian Venue 40 Seated | 60 Standing 10' Projector Enabled Screen Surround Sound WIFI CATERING We provide amazing Italian in-house catering with a pre-set menu during all bookings. Non- alcoholic beverages (coffee, iced tea, soda, sparkling water, etc.) are available as well. There will be a 21% service fee and tax on all catering. *Outside catering is permitted during the daytime offsite meetings with approval by host in advance. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND RENTALS Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. will be an additional cost to the guest and are not included within the booking. Host will work with guests on these elements and to make even their most outrageous requests a reality. Want white elephants and fire-breathing acrobats? Host will leverage their extensive contacts to make it happen and provide proposal. CONVENIENCE There are multiple parking structures, as well as street parking, within the vicinity of the restaurant. We do not have a parking lot.
MENU GUIDELINES Menu pricing and availability is subject to change. A pre-set menu is required for all groups of 15 or more, including any children. Customization and upgrades are available for an additional fee with prior notification. Vegetarian and Gluten-free menu items are available for an additional fee and upon request. Please consult with the Event Manager for information regarding all available menu packages. BEVERAGE SELECTIONS AND PRICES A pre-selection of beverages (wine, beer, cocktails, non alcoholic beverage packages) must be confirmed with the Event Manager. Wine Club Members are granted a total of two (2) bottles per event at member pricing. Non- alcoholic beverages (coffee, iced tea, soda, sparkling water, etc.) are available as well. CORKAGE POLICY We provides all beverages for events. On rare occasions, on a case-by-case basis, corkage is permitted with the following corkage fees applying: $20++ per 750 ml bottle, $40++ per bottle corkage fee per Magnum or larger. CANCELLATION FEES We stand by the Peerspace Cancellation Policy.
