The conversational seating area is surrounded by a series of television screens and a coffee bar. Also, a gourmet demonstration kitchen is available to help facilitate great conversation, brainstorming, or a very special chef's tasting. The space is semi-private because we have a gym in the back of the lounge and residents will still have access to the gym through the lounge during events. This space is perfect for your next corporate event, gathering, or celebration. Included in your hourly rate: - Use of the entire semi-private clubhouse - Use of the private conference room for break-out space. Hourly Rate is dependent on Party Size. - 1-25 people: $150 - 26-55 people: $250 *This space is also great for corporate events, film shoots, meetings, parties, photo shoots, retreats, workshops, dinners, fitness classes, networking, performances, pop-ups, and weddings. We are a smoke free and pet free space, and very much look forward to hosting you! - Arnold As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space.
