Our brand new loft-style space with exposed brick & wood beams space is nearly 7000 sqft. 14" ceilings, a catering kitchen, beverage bar and seating for up to 100 guests. Sounds system, bluetooth speakers, projector, screen and microphones are all available for use. If you need to rearrange furniture or bring in additional furniture please let us know! Our coworking space is perfect for off-site meetings, training, conferences, workshops, etc. On-site manager is available for assistance M-F 9am-5pm. If your event requires hours outside of our normal hours of operation please let us know! Kisi, our keyless access control system, allows you to enter the space at anytime. We are located one block from the Roosevelt station. Parking lots and garages are conveniently located near the space. Guests are responsible for parking and associated costs. We can provide a map of parking lots in the area. *Please note that we are a coworking space, so we do have members that may be working in the space as well.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Kitchen Use: Clean up any messes made on counters and/or microwave. Place dishes in dishwasher, not in sink. Staff will empty dishwasher regularly. Be respectful of space members. Use only space booked with provided amenities. Do not enter any private offices or dedicated workspaces without permission. Leave workspaces and common areas as you found them. No holes, stains, irreversible damage, etc. to the space. Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space for your upcoming event. Set-up and clean-up should be included as part of your total rental time. If you need to drop items off before scheduled date you must inquire ahead of time. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
Easy rental. Foul smell and garbage from previous renter was annoying. Site is as advertised otherwise and was a wonderful space for a Ladies Brunch and Baby Shower. Lisbeth was easy to work with. Thank you
The space was absolutely amazing. I booked this space to host a launch party/fashion show. The space was equipped with everything we needed. Lots of chairs and tables, very comfortable atmosphere, sound system throughout, multiple bathrooms, there’s a kitchen area. Entering and exiting was convenient and easy. All of our guests were blown away by the place. To say the least, we didn’t need to do much decorating! Lisabeth was readily available and checked in to make sure we had everything. She also responds to inquires in a very reasonable amount of time. I will surely book this space again in the future!
Lisabeth was a wonderful host & very responsive to every question that popped up. The space itself was huge and wonderful, it held our group of 60 with plenty of space during a cocktail party!
