GREAT BEACH HOUSE WITH NUMEROUS "LOOKS" perfect spot for a full day of shooting if you are looking to accomplish a number of looks. Space features: Fireplace, big windows /lots of light, lots of unique art, beach access within 100 feet, old vintage mustang outside, large outdoor patio with ravine & stone retaining wall, lots of day beds to shoot on, and a large dining table for that "group dinner" shot Space details: The outdoor deck is approximately 400-500 square feet and the apartment space is about 600 square feet. The property has a very beachy, classic Malibu vibe. The patio has views of a stone dam and a ravine, with industrial lighting hanging overhead. You will also have access to a hillside and a long driveway for background shots. *Cars available for shoots 1965 Ford Mustang 2011 Harley davidson 1977 Harley davidson *Use of vintage car and motorcycles available for an additional cost. The space is perfect for a TV Series Shoot, Documentary Shoot, Film Shoot, Interview, Web Series, Fitness Video or any other shot requiring a space with warmth and character.
Pretty easy going, will be on site during shoot. Street parking only (on the PCH).
