Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We had a great event! Awesome space and Terry was very responsive before and during the event. One thing worth noting, however, is that they DO NOT keep the venue private past 11pm on weekends. We had originally booked the event until 2am on a Saturday night and it wasn't until after we paid for the rental through 2am, launched our event, and started promoting it, that Terry messaged us to let us know that we only had it until 11pm (our rental started at 7pm). I think this was an honest mistake, but the limit on hours on the weekends should definitely be noted somewhere if it isn't already. Technically, we should've only paid for 4 hours (7p-11p) and not for 7 hours (7p-2am). It worked out however, because the rental cost goes towards food and drinks and we used the remaining money that we paid for the additional hours to pay for extra food and a few bar tabs that we gave away to our guests. Ultimately, I would definitely rent the space again. The space is really nice, good location, food was delicious, the staff was very attentive to our guests, and everyone had a great time. I booked this space for my mother's 50th birthday party. Terry was amazing throughout the entire process. Communication was always prompt and courteous, which was much appreciated. The space was beautiful, and Terry let me show up an hour before my booking to decorate. Since I was decorating alone, the bar staff volunteered to help me set up, even while they were doing their own bar setup. So sweet of them. They ensured my space was private during my booking, and assisted with every need even without me asking. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would book this space again. Terry and staff, thank you guys so much for being awesome people, and amazing hosts...even when my cousin had too much to drink (eye roll)! What a wonderful experience!

Overall, we had an enjoyable time. Our staff enjoyed the venue, food, and the set-up of the event. Terry was very communicative via PeerSpace and external email. While we may return again for another staff event, we did however encounter a few issues. I was informed on several occasions (in writing and during the site visit) that we could not bring in our own DJ because there was already a DJ schedule for the evening. On the night of the event, Terry informed my boss that he told me that we were supposed to get our own DJ. Once I reminded him of our conversations, they scrambled to bring in a DJ and told us that we would receive a $100 credit on our bar tab. But then they charged us a $150 DJ fee…even though it was an oversight on their part not ours. So essentially, we were charged more than we were originally scheduled to pay for a mistake that was made. Additionally, while the food was good, it was late coming out and there wasn’t enough to go around. We also didn’t get all the side items that were promised with the package. Again, overall the staff enjoyed the party, but there were some major mistakes made that WE ended up paying for which didn’t really make sense to any of us.
- Terry responded to my messages in a timely manner - Space DID NOT appear as advertised - Space was used for our engagement party A couple weeks before our booking, my fiancee's sister walked the venue to check it out. It was in the process of getting decorated for an ALL OUT Halloween party. They had full size clowns and zombies, red light bulbs, severed limbs hanging from the ceiling, wall displays that were nailed into the brick, caution tape, etc - it was a full on production. We were told that all of the decorations would be gone for our booking. Fast forward to the day of our engagement party. I arrived 1hr early to setup (wasn’t allowed to come in any earlier) and to my surprise I walked into a haunted house. None of the Halloween decorations were removed. On top of that the place was filthy. Me, my fiancee and the handful of guests that came early found ourselves removing all of the decorations. I even had to sweep the floors myself - this was not what we signed up for. Terry, the bartender Jordan (she was great) and owner June understood our frustration and helped as well. Terry also did the right thing by discounting our booking. At the end of the day we still had a great time, but it didn’t come without a lot of unplanned hard work. Respectfully, Chris
What a great place. Terry and his team really did everything possibly to make my wedding after-party as smoothly and fun as possible. I sincerely recommend this venue as a party space, and the bar tab included is simply a killer deal.
The space was great for our 10 year reunion, the staff was great and accommodating. Nice and spacious, but not too big. No complaints at all.
