About the Space
Our property is unique in that it has two homes on the property. The whole property sits on 21,000 square feet. The main house is a one story 3200 sqft. The living room and the family room has a vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and had 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. The house decor can be best described as glam meets rustic. Neutral and blush tone throughout the whole house and received great light. The house can be used for numerous needs such as office space, living space, outdoor use and much more. The large backyard has an Olympic size pool and a beautiful waterfall that falls into the pool. Backyard also has beautiful vegetation with lots of green lawn. Our 2 story back house which resembles of a cabin home, is a large 2200 sqft guest house with its own separate entrance. It is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a 20 foot high vaulted ceiling. It is fully furnished as well and can be used in the same manner as the main house. Both properties receive plenty of natural light and is very spacious. Parking: There is plenty of parking on the street. Permit is not required. Circular driveway also gives plenty of room for added parking space. Additional folding chairs and tables can be provided upon request.

We want you to have a wonderful experience, and will do our best to accommodate you, therefore if you have any questions about the below information please do not hesitate to ask Prior to scouting location, please provide a description of the project, production company name, title of production and point of contact, as well as, approximate production times with estimated number of people in attendance (cast and crew). -If anything is damaged, must notify host. -Please keep music at a moderate an apple in mind or neighbors -No pets allowed (if part of the production please inquire for additional pricing) -Trash must be taken out and placed in the outdoor trash bins -Furniture can be moved however must be put back in its original manner. -Wall mirrors cannot be removed -No smoking, drugs or alcohol allowed -Must bring all of your own supplies -No adult fliming -Certificate of insurance and proper permitting as required. -All crew must vacate property before 8 PM -No smoking around or in the property -No outside alcohol is allowed around or on the property -Pets for filming purposes are allowed however must be looked after and not allowed for the pet to roam around the property unsupervised
