My place is 1050 square feet with a reception room, open work station area, office and conference room. It is right next to middle class Americana homes all around and very close to Orcutt Ranch. About 1/2 mile from the nearest bus stop. There is a conference table with 4 swivel chairs, an office desk with executive chair and workstation for two. Wifi and natural lighting since it has a storefront window. There are windows in the office and conference room and glass doors. Perfect for that office scene in any show/movie/shoot
No smoking and no pets and whatever furniture you move, you put back please.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
