Offering functionality in a quiet and pleasant environment, the newly refurbished 1,400 sq. ft. space is divided into 4 rooms, each providing unique advantages for your Offsite meetings, physical classes, workshops, lectures and mix more! The front reception provides large couches and lovely natural light, perfect for brainstorming in comfort. Seating Capacity: - 6 + 1 receptionist The main space offers an ample area for large group meetings. It has tons of flexibility for seating arrangements. Seating Capacity: -Meeting panel: 60 (50 audience members + 10 presenters) -U table: 19 / 33 both sides -Round table: 24 -Classroom style: 24 one side / 48 both sides Our two adjacent rooms offer more intimate set ups and the ability to divide your meeting into smaller groups. Seating Capacity: -16 (8 each) Before you arrive, one of our staff members will gladly set up tables and chairs in any configuration that will best fit your needs. With each Offsite rental the PAS provides: -Self-controlled heat and air -60 chairs and 8 tables (Extra chairs/tables can be rent) -White walls to project video -Projector -Monitor (27") -Whiteboard and Flipchart holder -Bose Speakers -Printer -Canon HD Camcorder -Voiceover material -A/V cables -Musical instruments: Piano, guitar, Ukelele, Keyboard (Upon request) -Yoga and Meditation Material -2 Private Restrooms -Nespresso Machine with 10 capsules (Extra Capsules can be purchased: $2 per capsule) -Kettle -Instant Coffee, a variety of teas, cream, sugar/sweeteners. -Free parking along Webster and Larabee, as well as easy access to public transit. A few important notes: -A staff member will be present to assist with anything you and your guests need upon arrival, after that, you will have the space to yourself. If you would like someone on site offering coffee or snacks please contact us for more info! -Feel free to bring in any food and beverage you like. We are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, and easily accessed for food delivery.
1.Renter is expected to leave space and material as they found it at the end of the rental period. 2.Never share the Lock box code or key with anyone else other than respected party members, unless you have discussed this with the Owner. 3.No smoking or pets allowed inside premises. 4. Piano CAN NOT be moved. 5.Set up and breakdown must be included in booking. 6. Extra time will be charged according to peerspace policies: 1.5x more We have other activities in the space so please respect other users by getting here once the booking starts (not earlier) and leaving once booking finishes so that others can use the space. The space has to be left in good conditions. 7.If extra cleaning is needed (by these we mean anything more than swiping, vacuuming, cleaning toilets and dusting) you will be charged accordingly. 8. No glitter, confetti or small pieces of paper can be used. IMPORTANT: Chairs/tables are usually kept in one of our adjacent rooms. If you need chairs/tables set up in a specific way, please let us know so we can have them ready once you arrive.
Victor was outstanding! I couldn’t believe how humble and helpful he was for my event. He allowed my ladies to come in and feel at home. He saved the day with a minor technical difficulty that was completely my computer fault and with his help my presentation was able to still do its job for my event right from my phone! I was blown away. He was so nice and the venue was absolutely perfect for my event. I was able to have lite refreshments, a photographer, and access to other rooms that made the perfect touch to my event. I will recommend him every-time for such a great place with great customer service
The space was perfect for our 27 person workshop and Victor was incredibly accommodating and helpful. At one point we ran into a snag of not having the proper extension cord, and Victor went to his home to bring us an adapter. Would definitely rent this space again!
