Custom pricing available according to group size. Site rep fee applies to shoots over 6 hours. Open floor plan layout making it easy for setup. Kitchen is more spacious than average. Center island sits forward 8ft from the back cabinets allowing for various shots. Island is 4ft X 8ft. Lots of windows providing great natural light throughout the day. Large and bright master bedroom with sitting area and fireplace. High ceiling loft upstairs looks down on living room area. 4 bedrooms in total. Park like backyard with tall trees, private heated pool and spa. The house is located on a quite Cul-de-sac. We have numerous furniture options along with decorative items to make your vision come to life. Onsite parking allowed. Available for filming, film shoots, Photo shoots, interviews, music videos. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
