It is also said our space has worked well for photo shoots and filming for documentaries, music videos, as well as other video production. Depending on your style of event, there are some things we can supply (table, chairs, etc). We prefer to work one-on-one with you to optimize your booking experience. Please note this is a loft inside an open air market next to downtown Seattle. Expect vibrant bustling sound ambiance from the businesses down below. This is a private loft space, overlooking Melrose Market. No one else will be entering the loft during your booking, unless you request otherwise. Food and Drink I have several different catering packages to offer; please message me with your inquiries and I can give you the menu (and pricing), which will definitely save money from hiring outside caterers and delivery fees. There are also many catering options provided inside Melrose Market. I can work with management of the restaurant(s) of your choice (Marseilles Bottle Shop and French Coastal Tapas, Rain Shadow Meats, Homegrown Sandwiches, Taylor Shellfish, Terra Plata, Mamnoon) to make your food and beverage visions come true. Outside catering welcome, however options are limited due to no kitchen access. Equipment and Props In the space there are several props you have access to throughout the duration of your booking, including our electronic concealment lift system. Please take a look at the photos to get a better idea of the items at your finger tips: Philips Hue overhead programmable lighting system, brass hourglass, classic vintage table top games and puzzles, Oculus Go VR headsets (sanitized with disposable eye masks), hollowed out 'SneakyBooks' (with items hidden inside), globe bar caddy, high back leather chairs, vintage card table, tea blending lab (extra charge for tea), electric tea kettle, Sonos bluetooth speaker, 6' wooden farm table, Moroccan leather butterfly chair, tripod laptop desk, 3-panel dual hinged pegboard display screen/room divider with pegs, NSFW Fortune Cookie vending machine, SFW Fortune Cookie vending machine, leather bound law reference books (over 100 years old), interchangeable signs (for 8.5"x11" and 11"x17" posters). Experimental Store This is normally an experimental retail space, however we take reservations for special events. During COVID19 phases, store has remained closed. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
