This space is proudly smoke free and pet free. Depending on the event, we may recommend that guests have at least one staff member present to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will have you sign a license agreement and provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. We will all gleefully adhere to PeerSpace's cancellation policies. We are looking forward to hosting you! -Michael
The space appeared as listed and was clean and available when I arrived. It had enough room for my group to work through the afternoon comfortably and we had close access to restrooms and the parking garage. Some feedback: it appeared the team had an off-site meeting today and so there was a gentleman in the office who really didn't seem aware that my group would be there today. Despite having quick responses initially from the listed host, I never heard back from her about parking details so I had to ask the in office staff to help last minute. He provided a day pass which was great and would be good to know for future guests. The biggest challenge was that the person in office wasn't able to get us online (didn't know wifi name or password) and so it was an embarrassing scramble to get the meeting going. Ended up not having wifi at all. The room was pretty warm at one point and the same host told us there was no way to turn on any air and one of the doors was unable to be unlocked to create airflow. Perhaps others would have better luck if they work directly with the listed host, but I was pretty disappointed overall. Again, it just didn't come across as if everyone know we would be around and so there was a lack of information. Separately I also opted for catering through Peerspace and it was also pretty low quality for how much I paid. Bummed overall, but I'll definitely give another site a try in the future.
