All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Book your next meeting, conference or off-site in our private Community Room! A lovely, industrial chic space located on the second floor of a quaint cafe near DTLA. Room is equipped with white board, television and WiFi. The room is 238 sq ft and can host groups up to 15. If booking during regular business hours there will be patrons in the cafe area. General Rules
1. The room holds a maximum of 15 people.
2. There is no alcohol allowed unless coordinated with management.
3. Outside food is not allowed, unless after 6pm and coordinated with management.
4. Cleanup not included in reservation fee, must clean up and restore back to the condition it was found

This was a great space for our meeting, with comfortable seating/cocuhes, a good size table, a TV to present. The food and drinks downstairs in the cafe are also a great option for meals during the meeting. Lastly, the staff was very helpful.

Really fantastic experience. Andrew and his team were extremely friendly and helpful. The space was clean with a great vibe being over the market. We ordered catering and everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
