Book your next conference/meeting/off-site in our Loft & Community Room! A lovely, industrial chic space located on the second floor of our quaint cafe near DTLA. Equipped with white board, television and WiFi. The loft area is 336 sq. ft and the community room is 238 sq ft. Combined, the space can accommodate up to 50 guests. If booking during regular business hours there will be other patrons in the cafe area downstairs. Check out the other listings in our profile to see the additional spaces available to rent! IDEAL FOR: - Off-sites - Group work - Creative meeting - Client meeting - Networking mixer - Auditions Catering: If your team requires catering, please note this in the message section of your reservation and we can provide you with our catering options! 1. There is no alcohol allowed unless coordinated with management. 2. Outside food is not allowed until after 6pm but must be coordinated with management 3. Clean up not included in reservation fee, you must clean up and restore the space back to the way you found it.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Wonderful space. Very roomy, and filled with light and plenty of seating. Helpful and nice staff which made my booking very stress-free. I would highly recommend this place and had a great experience.

My 1st time using peerspace and my 1st time hosting a Christian singles mingle went smoothly and beautifully because of this amazing space and team. The space itself is so special, from the old steel windows, loft with exposed wood beams to the soft lighting. Our 25-30 people were able to fit cozily in the galley area using the extra chairs from the conf room. Only thing was that it was HOT in the galley, even tho it was a winter night. Parking was easy on 20th St. I especially want to thank Erica for her extra special support, love, and warmth on the night of the event! And thank you to Andrew for answering all my questions patiently and showing me around the other beautiful spaces at the property (for next time)!
