All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A gorgeous West Hollywood duplex with 4 floors and 2,400 sq/ft of space, ideal for any photo shoot, commercial, or film production. Includes a stunning, modern kitchen for commercial shoots, two private offices, and private access to a furnished rooftop lounge and outdoor patio. Plenty of natural light & an open floor plan on every level makes this a dynamic setting for any shoot. Upstairs office suites can be converted into interview rooms for filming, dressing & makeup rooms, or production meeting spaces. Conveniently located in WeHo just minutes away from Fairfax, Beverly Grove, and Sunset strip. Plenty of unrestricted street parking available. I am always updating and changing the furniture to keep it fresh. Site rep can be as helpful or hidden as you need.

Cancellation Policy

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Matt was such an amazing host and we loved filming at his space! We did a simple two person interview and were able to get multiple looks within this location. I would definitely book again!

The space was AWESOME! It is well maintained, has an updated mid century vibe and it has a nice energy. Matt was there to greet us when we arrived and acclimated us to the space. He had fresh flowers on the counter to welcome us and even made a fresh pot of coffee (Delicious! Thanks again!) He even gave me a small gift as a thank you for choosing his space. The duplex was clean, well dressed and exactly as pictured. There were no crazy surprises, no space catfishing and no bait n' switches. I appreciated the work that he put into it to ensure that we felt comfortable and safe (due to COVID). It was easy to navigate, so we didn't have to spend time figuring out where things were. For these reasons, I give 5 stars. Things beyond Matt's control and due to location (West Hollywood); here are a couple things to consider: parking is not an issue, unless it's Wednesday (street cleaning day on the side of the street that the duplex is on) and I booked on Wednesday. But we adapted and it was fine (found alternate street parking a couple blocks away and as Matt makes you aware in the ad, there is also a nearby parking lot). The outdoor space can get a little noisy due to the cross street (San Vicente), so if you need to have a zoom meeting or filming, select another part of the lovely space. With 4 levels, this space provides a number of options, so opting to use this space for any reason, will not disappoint. I would definitely book again. :-)
