The Space is a 1800 square foot Lounge, 1000 sq ft indoor & 800 sq ft heated patio outdoor located in Mid city and it can be used for birthdays, graduation parties, fundraisers, corporate events, Bar mitzvahs, engagement parties, wedding parties, app release parties or any other special events. We serve soft drinks, juices, water, snacks and also Hookah. It is Located in the center of Los Angeles so public transportation is available, street parking is also easy to find. Host will be present to help out with any needs. Sunday - Thursday pricing is 150/hr for Both indoor and Patio included. Friday and saturday Pricing after 6pm is 200/hr for Both indoor and Patio included.. 4 hour minimum on saturday after 6pm. there is a security personnel charge of $50 for night events and he will be patrolling our two venues on the same street, if an individual security is wanted for an event the charge would be $75. please inquire about NYE rates. Beverages and Hookah are Available, in order to have these services you have to let us know at the time of booking so we can notify our vendors. - We also have a Photographer - $150 for 2 Hrs - Unlimited photos. - DJ Services - $150 for 4hrs, $250 for 6hrs - Tables for rent - 6 foot tables for $8, 8 foot table for $10, Dj table for $15. - only street parking available. - All guests must be Above the age of 21 to consume Alcohol. - We do not allow the selling of Alcohol. Penalty for selling alcohol and spirits $ 500 - Smoking is not allowed indoors. Penalty for smoking cigarettes indoor $ 250 - The Client is responsible for any damaged goods. A pre event damage sheet will be provided to mark all damages before the event. If there is damages not originally marked on the pre event checklist after the event is done, then client will be charged. - No Glitter, Confetti, sticky or Oily substances on floor, wall or on any of the equipment. - No stickers or pictures hung/stuck on wall, penalty $100. - Management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on our premises. Management is not Liable for any accident or injuries of guests or any of their staff and attendees of the event. - We don’t allow the use of illegal drugs on the premises, we will warn and contact law enforcement if caught doing so. - Any aggressive behavior such as fighting, arguing is not allowed and will not be tolerated. - Loud noises in the back area after 10pm is not prohibited. Penalty $250. - Drinking liquor in front of the property prohibited. - The door between the indoor and outdoor patio needs to be closed at 10 pm. - Trespassing beyond the indoor and outdoor premises is prohibited. - No loitering in nearby areas including nearby businesses, outside street or in the parking facilities. - Tampering with alarm system, light switches, tv and other electronic items is prohibited. -For bookings over 4hrs we will give 30 minutes complimentary set up time.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Absolutely loved my experience all around. The only concern I had was the bathroom a little flooding but because my experience with the hosts were amazing and how accommodating they were, that is completely looked past. I can’t wait to book again. They totally made my birthday a special one that my friends can’t stop talking about! Everything was amazing from the venue to the security guard they provided that saved my life when I was having technical issues. Thank you guys so much!

Nahom was such a wonderful host being extremely flexible with our event needs and always replying in a quick and timely manner. I will recommend this space to anyone who ever needs any kind of event run as it really is perfect for almost any occasion. We had a mixer for our organization, and everyone loved the space and the many amenities that Nahom kindly provided. Will definitely eventually book again.
Used this space for a birthday party for about 40 guests. I booked both the inside and outside spaces (which are billed separately starting at 6pm on weekends). The host was very responsive and helpful, answering questions as they came up and scheduling times for me to see the venue with my event rental company and to meet with him to talk about furniture placement. On the day of the event everything was where I had requested. One surprise was that the rental came with an on-site security guard who was there for the whole set-up and event time. He helped out when we needed something and frequently checked in to make sure everything was ok. As far as the venue itself, it is for the most part true to the photos. However, there is some unavoidable age/wear and tear in the building and on the furniture, so it's not pristine. There is also now a large section of the wooden wall on the patio that is covered in astroturf to make a sort of photo staging area. This is not pictured. Any little quibbles I had are easily overlooked by the relatively low price of the rental of the space. It's a good deal. *****HOWEVER - TLDR:***** There is water seepage that occurs from beneath the flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom. Every time you step on the flooring in either of those rooms, water seeps up. It was NEVER mentioned to me until the START of my event. Ladies in long dresses had to drag their skirts through water all night. I should have at least been warned.
Nahom's space was so beautiful. I had my 30th birthday party there and it was EVRYTHING. We had a photo booth set up in the back there was plenty of space for everything. Naahom responds pretty fast to emails and questions, he is efficient and is so polite. Also the security guard was very helpful as well. I had an amazing 30th birthday everyone had such a good time THANK YOU NAHOM I'D DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!
I booked this space for a panel for my entertainment alumni group, and I could not have been happier with my choice. The space was perfect for my needs, just the right size to fit 50+ people comfortably. And the patio out back added an extra touch of class to our proceedings. Nahom was communicative and accommodating of my requests every step of the way. Would definitely book this space again!
