We are a multi-use flex space located in West Oakland. Our clean, open studio is approximately 2100 sq. ft. and is the perfect blank canvas for video shoots, fundraisers, & celebrations. Guests will have access to this studio as well as the bathroom and lounge area located in the adjacent room (additional 1400 sq. ft). Invitingly modern and warm, our studio is incredibly spacious and can be easily tailored to suit any large or small scale event. Our theater room is not included with this listing. Guests may rent out our Theater Room at an additional cost (+$100/hour). Please contact host directly. Theater room is approximately 1300 sq. ft. with projector and suspended speaker system. Amenities: - 45 ft of mirror - 4 rectangular rolling tables, bench seating, and couch - 2 Bathrooms (Male/Female) - Suspended Bose Sound System w/Aux Cord Input - Track Lighting and Suspension System along walls - Power-washed brick wall, Polished cement floors, 12 ft. high ceilings, & skylight - Additional seating in Lounge Area There are 10 wooden chairs included in the rental. Additional seating is also available upon request - We have approximately 20 additional folding chairs for rent at $2/chair (please contact host directly). Access: - Management staff will be present to open and close the studio space during your rental. They will arrive 15 minutes prior to your rental and will close 15 minutes after your rental has concluded. Staff will remain on site and will be able to help you should you have questions or need assistance. - First floor studio space with double door side entryway for loading larger photo/video equipment. Transportation: We are located 2 blocks away from the West Oakland BART station. Lots of public street parking located nearby (2 hour limits). We are also conveniently located about 10 minutes away from Downtown Oakland and nearby restaurants. Event Planning: We have a local event planner that can work with you to make sure your event goes smoothly! Please contact host directly if you are interested. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide catering or beverage services. We recommend the Peerspace Concierge Team. In addition to catering, the Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. You can contact them at concierge@peerspace.com.
- We do not allow smoking or pets within the facility. - All rentals include set up and clean up time. Please factor this time into your booking. - Please bag all trash (bags are provided). You may bring in outside food but are expected to dispose of food in the appropriate receptacles. - Guests are allowed to move the furniture in the space to optimize for the intended use. However, guests are expected to return all furniture in the original condition/position which they found it. Noise/Music Music must remain at a moderate level throughout the entirety of your event. Although we are a commercial building, we do have neighbors across the street that we'd like to respect. Music must be monitored for volume starting at 10:00PM. The on site manager will notify clients to reduce music to an acceptable level so as to preemptively avoid any noise complaints. If music continues to be played at louder volume, a fine of $400 will be incurred for any noise complaints received after 10:00PM. When we reference noise, we are speaking about inside our space as well as outside, surrounding the building. Food & Beverage/Catering Food and beverages and/or catering are welcome. If you are not using a catering service but are bringing food and alcohol we require Specialty Event Insurance with the host listed as an additional Insured (see below). You can find this online or through your current insurance renters/homeowners policy. While we are not caterers, we work with excellent vendors in the area that we’re happy to recommend. Please ask! Event Insurance We request that for any event held in our space be insured either through Peerspace or through another 3rd party group. Use of additional Spaces Your rental allows access to the Main Studio (Warhol), the bathrooms, and lounge area. The guest may not setup/store/utilize the other spaces for the duration of the rental. Additional rental of Theater room is allowed. Please contact host directly.

Amazing hosts! Anthony and his team were extremely professional, flexible, and welcoming. We held a fundraiser for about 120 people at Full Out Studios and had an amazing event. The exposed brick is beautiful and the space is flexible - three large rooms that can serve multiple purposes. Definitely will be coming back for a future event!

The space is gorgeous! We had our reception here and used the theater room and the back room for food. We had enough space to set up nine tables and have a dance floor. Good communication with Anthony and Max.

Had my wedding reception here last night. I couldn't even wait a day before reviewing this fabulous space. Warhol Studio is clean, spacious, gorgeous, and can be transformed into anything your imagination can create. Working with the host Anthony was a dream. He was incredibly gracious and overly accommodating. It honestly couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you Anthony and the good folks at full out Studios. We are both very grateful for the experience and hope to spend time in your lovely space again at some point in the future.
