Hi everyone, Welcome to my beautiful Brentwood penthouse! Our unit is a nice open space of 1,500 square feet that is designed in a very minimalist, simplistic approach with a modern/mid-century touch. Can be used for photoshoots, films, TV shows, etc. Please respect our space as if it's your own.
No smoking, small, well trained pets only. Outside food and alcohol is OK.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Production Manager
This is the second time we've shot in Melody's home, and once again it was perfect. We shot two rounds of interviews and snapped some photos. The space is gorgeous and really versatile - not to mention it has amazing natural light. Melody was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. She was accommodating, welcoming and flexible with our needs. We'll definitely be back to use her amazing space!

Melody and Ali were extremely accommodating and never made us feel like we were a burden, despite using their spot for a VERY last minute shoot. The space is beautiful with tons of natural light, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a modern yet homey vibe to shoot in.
