This amazingly stylish vibrant and cozy space is located on the 15th floor of a Landmark professional building, one block away from Union Square in downtown San Francisco. (Built 1925) Teams from Uber, Nike, Anastasia Beverly Hills, National Geigraphics and Federal Reserve conducted their meetings here (see reviews The room is 500 sq ft with an additional 700 sq feet reception area. It is perfect for photo/video shoots, commercials, documentaries, interviews etc. National Geographic has filmed here their upcoming documentary about Silicon Valley produced by Huffington Post. This place is spacious and invigorating. Full of energy and light, it is within walking distance from myriad of old and new restaurants, bars, hotels and stores. Despite its downtown location the room is VERY QUIET. The room has 5 large windows facing Union Square and the Financial District, with views of Coit Tower, Salesforce Building and Transamerica Pyramid providing an unparalleled backdrop for your interviews or scenes. Parking inside the building or around it. We recommend ParkHero or the Sutter Stockton garage. Walking distance to BART and MUNI. If you use bicycles we have room to keep them for you. IF YOU HAVE VANS WITH EQUIPMENT - you CAN park inside a garage with a ramp leading to a commercial elevator which we will secure for you. We have WiFi, a 75 inch flat screen TV, a humongous chalk board, FLIP charts. 4 LARGE WHITEBOARDS, a Nespresso Coffee Machine for complimentary coffee, a large assortment of teas, complimentary water in a fridge, Apple TV. Unlike many other hosts WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR ADD ONS. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING - LET US KNOW. Let the Peerspace Concierge know if you need any help with additional furniture, A/V rentals, or any other items or services for your booking. We have disposable plates, cups and utensils in case you order food. (Catering is available through (email@example.com) Wine glasses are available upon request. Our conference tables and chairs (and everything else except for TV) you see in pictures can be easily folded and taken away if needed. An adjacent break out room is available upon request. A large reception area is available for whatever else it may be needed for from storing equipment to after shoot cocktails at an additional rate. Please don't hesitate to ask for whatever else you may need. Your satisfaction is our priority. We had a great time in Vadim's space. Easy to access, spacious, and bright. Perfect for a two-day, 7-person team workshop. The large TV and whiteboards made live exercises a breeze.

We've rented many places before and we have to say, this is one of the best host that we've gotten. Very detailed instructions from checking in, to parking details, WiFi instructions, what's available for food, and etc. Everything listed was pretty much true to picture. The place was bigger than we thought it would be when looking at the picture as well. Would recommend getting from this host again. Warning that the place does not have kitchen so not even microwave.

We booked the space for a 5-person team offsite. It's very nice, bright and quiet, the working windows were a nice bonus, and for the most part, was as described and pictured. Everything was clean, including the restrooms, and the host was very responsive. But even the best spaces need ongoing upkeep to them fully up to par and there was the sense of the space coasting a bit on the strength of all the great reviews, but with some of the attention to detail lacking. As some others have mentioned the white boards were a motley assortment that hadn't been cleaned in a while and the few pens weren't in good shape, but fortunately we know to always bring our own. There were no flipcharts or disposable utensils, the beverage fridge was stocked, but only with water not assorted sodas as promised, and we couldn't get the HDMI cable to work, though thankfully AirPlay saved the day. None of this derailed our meeting, my team was pleased with the space, and the location was perfect for after-work drinks at the St. Francis, but a little bit more love would also go a long way! We also found that the space worked well for 5 people, but even with the ability to move the tables, with any more people than that we would have felt a bit cramped. (To me it looked smaller than the pics but another reviewer said it was larger than they expected, so YMMV!) I think it could be the right space for the right event but it may be worth checking out in person to be sure it will work for your needs.

A wonderful space that was perfect for our small group retreat. Vadim was incredibly responsive and super flexible to all our requests. The space itself was comfortable with great furniture and plenty of light. Really great experience!

The space was nicely setup with all the necessary amenities. The room was easily accessible upon entering the building and made for a great meeting. The location was in close proximity to great lunch options as well. Unfortunately, there was construction in the building near the room that was pretty disruptive and not previously mentioned. Parking was a bit pricey, as is typical in SF. Overall, the space was nice and made for a nice offsite meeting location.
