Need to shoot a quick cooking demo? Or perhaps you want to film a scene in a classic NY kitchen? We are an intimate eco- event space that is designed to minimize both waste and stress when it comes to planning your shoot / event. No need to rent furniture - we have everything you might need, from beautiful ceramics to a place for your team to rest and restore. Get in touch with us, we would love to support bringing the vision of your shoot/event to life. Loft space is 900 sq ft.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The location is beautiful! Great, natural lighting and it gives off such a “homie” feel. If you’re looking to recreate any at home photography, I would recommend Fatima’s location. Fatima is such a kind person. She was very clear about guidelines whilst also allowing us the freedom of her location. Definitely will be back again. ‘Til next time!
