All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

There are 3 windows in the space that face south, but trees right outside the window filter some of the light. there are also 2 windows on each side of the building that allow in some light. It's not flooded with natural light though — see the photos for a better look.

You can hear traffic noise sometimes. No sounds from neighbors and no real noise from AC / heat.

Loading happens through the front door, which is at the side of the building. Have to step up one step and over the threshhold to get in.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

We have never had a problem with power in the space. If you need more information, please send a message and we'll do our best to answer.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. My time at Nancy’s peer space was amazing. We were filming a scene for a film and loading in our equipment was easy and fast. They were very accommodating to our crew and our needs and Nancy is really good at communicating and is easy to get in touch with. The space is beautiful and was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend.
