A convenient rear alley entrance makes for easy equipment movement into and out of the space. This feature allows seclusion for your event or production without disruption to hotel operations for which it is located. Glass entry door is free of logo design which opens to a reception area. The reception area includes a retail space with built-in shelves and cabinets, a waiting room bench against a curvilinear wall. The waiting room sign logo can be masked, replaced, or removed depending on the purpose. The first level includes two locker rooms each complete with showers, steam sauna, and gym lockers. A wide staircase leads to the second level offering six individual rooms each with its own sink. The first room has a frosted sliding glass door entry and a window overlooking the high-ceiling reception area. The individual treatment rooms can be utilized as an office, doctor exam room, esthetician room, and massage room. There is a convenient parking garage next door with spaces for tall height vehicles in the rear. The location is close to public transit including a Metro Red Line subway station.
