We accommodate a large number of participants and can be used strategically for breakout sessions. CATERING We have an in-house restaurant that can accommodate your catering needs. Requests that fall outside of our in-house restaurant are addressed with our Productions Coordinator. You may also bring in your own food or order with email@example.com. All trash must be taken at the end of the booking in order to avoid additional trash fees. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Sound and Light Systems with Technician *A technician is needed for music events, dances, and other programs with technical requirements exceeding what is included in basic rental above. Please speak with the Production Director at least two weeks prior to event date about your sound and lighting needs. $25-40/hr if a Sound Tech is required. PARKING + TRANSPORTATION There is limited street parking. Located one block from the Ashby Bart Station or a block from local bust stops.
Decorations What’s used cannot damage our building or our equipment. No nails or sticky adhesive that will strip paint or leave residue. They cannot disturb the current exhibit if there is one up. Fire/Health/Safety Codes Renter must observe all fire/health/safety codes and it is up to the house manager to ensure they are doing that. They cannot light any substances in our space. Food/Alcohol We have an in house restaurant that can accommodate your catering needs. Requests that fall outside of our in house restaurant are addressed with our Productions Coordinator. Trash Renters are responsible for making sure that trash is separated and if it isn’t they must take it with them. Renters are responsible for set-up/tear-down, cleanup of the space and handling their own ticket sales. House manager is required for the entire rental period. Loading Out They must make sure there are no spills or big trash left on the ground. There are brooms and paper towels if necessary.
