All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Full-floor, modern, well-decorated 2,000 SF loft in the heart of the Nolita/Soho. Keyed elevator entry to a full floor, with lots of privacy and no street sound. Spacious and airy with 11 ft+ ceilings and a large balcony (with seating), with a second balcony available (depending on the event). Sleek, open kitchen design with top of the line technology and appliances. 77" OLED TV in main room, with access to a wide range of media. Other rooms have 65" and 55" OLED TVs Smart-home with Control4 technology. It is an ideal space for any kind of event: - Kitchen island makes for perfect bar - Contemporary Italian dining room table which seats 10, plus available seating in three other seating areas (other seating areas seat ~20) - Terrific light for photo shoots - Brand new, top of the line media setup - Office / breakout room available with video conferencing, IP telephony, a 4 screen (4K) computer setup and wireless color laser printing

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
